The rally site in Rejinagar has seen heavy security arrangements. Kabir also appealed to opponents of both TMC and BJP to unite and form an alliance to challenge and defeat Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s TMC government in the 2026 assembly polls.

Humayun Kabir Replies To Bhagwat’s ‘Political Conspiracy’ Remark

Offering a sarcastic reply to Mohan Bhagwat’s ‘political conspiracy’ comment, Kabir said, "I feel proud Mohan Bhagawat has spoken about me. If Bhagwatji builds a mandir (i.e., Ayodhya's Ram Mandir, built after the Supreme Court ruling on the Babri Masjid issue), it is constitutional. If I build a Babri masjid, it is unconstitutional.”
