A Bengaluru man, in a post on Reddit, expressed frustration over an unusual behavior of an auto-rickshaw driver while driving the vehicle. The post author stated that the driver was proceeding too slowly as he kept scrolling Instagram with one hand while driving. He further stated that instead of focusing on the map location, the driver opened one of the actress's profiles and started scrolling. The post went viral on the platform, drawing several comments from the social media users who claimed to have suffered through similar situations.

"I had booked an auto through Uber because I needed to reach my office in 20 minutes for an important call. The office is usually just a 10-minute ride from my place, so I figured I’d make it comfortably on time. As soon as I got into the auto, the driver briefly glanced at the map and then minimized it. I assumed he was familiar with the route. But to my surprise, he immediately opened Instagram and started scrolling—while driving with one hand," he stated in the post.

The post author further stated that the auto driver kept scrolling, and he got furious due to the waste of time. "What made it worse was that he came across a post by Sreeleela(Actor), and instead of just moving on, he actually slowed down the auto right in the middle of the main road to open her profile and scroll through her feed. I was furious and felt completely helpless. The ride had just begun, and I could already feel the minutes slipping away," he added.

While reacting to the post, the social media users stated that they have been through similar situations in the recent past, further demanding strict traffic rules. They claimed that the cases of road accidents have increased due to the negligence of the drivers.
