Bengaluru Traffic Advisory On Eid-e-Milad: Bengaluru is gearing up to celebrate Eid-e-Milad with joy and devotion tomorrow, September 5. As part of the festivities, a large procession will move through several key roads in the city.

To ensure smooth vehicular movement and public safety, the Bengaluru City Traffic Police has announced special traffic arrangements, diversions, and parking restrictions across multiple areas.

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory On Eid-e-Milad: Check Traffic Restrictions (10 AM to 10 PM)

Movement of vehicles will be restricted or diverted on several routes falling under the K.G. Halli, Pulikeshinagar, and Shivajinagar Traffic Police limits. Major disruptions include:

- No traffic between Nagawara Junction and Pottery Circle

- Road closure from Netaji Junction to Tannery Road via Pottery Circle

- One-way traffic from Mask Junction to Netaji Junction via MM Road

- No traffic on Haines Road from Netaji Junction to Haines Junction

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory On Eid-e-Milad: Check Alternative Routes

To help commuters navigate around the restricted areas, the police have issued the following routes:

- Nagawara to Shivajinagar: Take Hennur –> Kacharakanahalli –> Lingarajpuram Flyover –>Robertson Road –> Haynes Road

- Shivajinagar to Nagawara: Use Spencer Road –> Coles Road –> Wheeler’s Road

- R.T. Nagar to Nagawara: Divert via Kaval Byrasandra –> Pushpanjali Talkies –> Veeranna Palya

- Tannery Road to Nagawara: Route via Netaji Junction –> Mask Junction –> Clarence Railway Overbridge –> Hennur Road –> Lingarajpuram Flyover

- Mask Junction to Netaji Junction: Via Coles Road –> Saunders Road –> St. John's Church Road –> Coles Park Junction –> Haynes Junction

- Netaji Junction to Haynes Junction: Use MM Road –> Mask Road –> Coles Road –> Saunders Road –> St. John’s Church Road

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory On Eid-e-Milad: Check Parking Restrictions

Parking will not be allowed in the following areas to prevent congestion and ensure procession safety:

- From Pottery Circle to Nagawara Signal

- Between Govindpur Junction and Govindpur Ka&su Police Station

- From Siddappa Reddy Junction (HBR Layout) to Narendra Tent Junction

- Both sides of the following roads:

1. Netaji Road

2. Haynes Road

3. M.M. Road

4. Mask Road

5. Coles Road

6. Saunders Road

7. St. John's Church Road

8. Millers Road
