Bangalore Route Diversions: Bengaluru police has issued a traffic advisory amid the Sri Guru Siddarameshwara Committee hosting the 852nd Jayanti Mahotsav on January 14 and 15. The event will take place at the Tripuravasini Palace Grounds, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Sadashivanagara Traffic Police Station. Several diversions have been made on key routes as over 15,000 people, including chief minister, deputy chief minister and several ministers, are likely to attend the event.
To facilitate smooth traffic flow on Bellary Road and in the vicinity of the Palace Grounds, the following traffic management measures have been put in place. Routes have been designated for buses, four-wheelers and three-wheelers coming to the event.
The following routes should be used by the public attending the event via buses to enter the Tripuravasini Palace Grounds:
For vehicles coming from the city:
Vehicles can take the route from Windsor Manor Junction to the BDA Upramp, then proceed via Ramanamaharshi Road, passing P.G. Halli Bus Stand, and continue to Kaveri Junction. From there, go towards Mekri Circle Service Road, take a right turn, and continue along the service road. Park at Gate No. 02 of Tripuravasini Palace Grounds. After parking, attendees can walk to the event venue, following the signboards.
Returning: Vehicles parked at Gate No. 02 can exit through the White Petals Hunasemara Gate on Jayamahal Road and proceed in and out of the city via Mekri Circle.
For vehicles coming from the Hebbal side of Bellary Road:
Vehicles can enter via the Mekri Circle Underpass, then proceed to Gate No. 02 Tripuravasini Palace Grounds to park. Attendees can then walk to the venue as per the signboards.
Returning: Vehicles parked at Gate No. 02 can exit via the White Petals Hunasemara Gate on Jayamahal Road and continue through Mekri Circle for entry and exit from the city.
For vehicles coming from Yeshwantpur:
Vehicles should turn right at Sir. C.V. Raman Road, proceed to BHEL Circle, and then pass Sadashivanagar P.S. Junction. Continue to Mekri Circle, take the service road, and park at Gate No. 02 of Tripuravasini Palace Grounds. Attendees can walk to the event venue, following the signboards.
Returning: Vehicles parked at Gate No. 02 can exit via White Petals Hunisemara Gate on Jayamahal Road and go in and out of the city through Mekri Circle.
For vehicles coming from the Cantonment (Dandu) Railway Station:
Vehicles can proceed along Jayamahal Road, take a left turn at the TV Tower Junction, and continue to Mekri Circle. From there, drive along the Mekri Circle Service Road and park at Gate No. 02 Tripuravasini Palace Grounds. Attendees should follow the signboards to walk to the event venue.
Returning: Vehicles parked at Gate No. 02 can exit through the White Petals Tamarind Tree Gate on Jayamahal Road and proceed back towards Cantonment (Dandu) Railway Station.
The following routes are to be used by the public arriving at the event in Tempo Traveller, four-wheelers, and two-wheelers:
For vehicles coming from the city:
Start at Windsor Manor Junction and proceed towards BDA Upramp.
Continue to P.G. Halli Bus Stand on Ramana Maharshi Road, then to Kaveri Junction.
Take the Mekri Circle Service Road, make a right turn, and continue on the service road.
Park your vehicles at Gate No. 02, Tripuravasini Palace Grounds.
Follow the signboards to walk to the event venue.
For departure, vehicles can exit via White Petals Hunasemara Gate on Jayamahal Road and continue to and from the city through Mekri Circle.
For vehicles coming from Bellary Road (Hebbal side):
Take the Mekri Circle Underpass and proceed to park at Gate No. 02, Tripuravasini Palace Grounds.
Walk to the event venue following the signboards.
Upon returning, exit via White Petals Hunasemara Gate on Jayamahal Road and access the city through Mekri Circle.
For vehicles coming from Yeshwanthpur:
Take a right turn at Sir. C.V. Raman Road, BHEL Circle, then go to Sadashivanagar Police Station Junction.
Proceed to Mekri Circle, and park vehicles at Gate No. 02, Tripuravasini Palace Grounds.
Walk to the venue following the signboards.
For the return journey, vehicles can exit via White Petals Tamarind Gate on Jayamahal Road and access the city via Mekri Circle.
For vehicles coming from Cantonment (Dandu) Railway Station:
Proceed on Jayamahal Road and take a left turn at TV Tower Junction.
Continue to Mekri Circle and proceed on the service road to park vehicles at Gate No. 02, Tripuravasini Palace Grounds.
Follow the signboards to walk towards the venue. When leaving, vehicles can exit via White Petals Tamarind Gate on Jayamahal Road and head towards Cantonment (Dandu) Railway Station.

-Palace Road: From Mysore Bank Circle to Vasanthanagara Underpass
-M.V. Jayarama Road: From Palace Road BDA Junction to Chakravarthi

-Miller Road: From Old Udaya TV Junction to LRDE Junction
-Jayamahal Road: Surrounding roads of Jayamahal Road and Bengaluru Palace
-Yeshwanthapura & Mekri Circle Road: From Yeshwanthapura to Tata Institute of Science towards Mekri Circle
