NEET-UG Re-Exam 2026: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday announced that students appearing for the NEET-UG re-examination will be eligible for free travel on Haryana Roadways buses across the state on June 20 and 21.

Saini stated that the state government is continuously working to support students and ensure they can appear for competitive exams without any inconvenience.

Free Roadways Travel For NEET Aspirants: Check Details

According to a report by news agency PTI, the Chief Minister announced that all NEET aspirants will be allowed to travel free of charge on Haryana Roadways buses on June 20 and 21 by simply showing their exam admit cards.

Saini emphasised that the initiative aims to help students reach their examination centres conveniently without any travel-related stress.

The Haryana government had previously extended a similar facility to candidates appearing for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) and is now extending the same support to NEET aspirants, the report added.

This decision follows a similar move by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who previously announced free travel in state-owned buses for NEET aspirants.

NEET-UG Paper Leak

Following allegations of irregularities in the examination process, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate) held on May 3 was cancelled.

Responding to complaints from NEET aspirants regarding the severe financial strain and mental stress caused by the cancellation, AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that he would ask Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to arrange free bus transportation for candidates across the state on the day of the re-examination. The NEET-UG re-examination is scheduled to be held on June 21.
