Delhi Premium Housing Scheme 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is preparing to launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025. Under the scheme, residential flats will be available in the HIG (High Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), and LIG (Low Income Group). The scheme would offer a total of 177 flats along with 67 car and scooter garages. These flats, located in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, and Ashoka Pahari will be sold through an e-auction.
Commercial Real Estate Reforms
The DDA reduced amalgamation charges for commercial properties from 10 per cent of the circle rate to just 1 per cent. This would facilitate developers to consolidate land and undertake larger projects. Apart from this, the DDA has reduced the multiplication factor for the auction of commercial properties from two times the circle rate to 1.5 times.

Earlier in April, the authority had stated that it had received a great response in all the previous housing schemes, adding that it would launch similar schemes in the near future to provide more options to the residents.
While providing details, the authority stated that 427 flats were booked on the first day itself. The authority stated that 37 LIG and 48 MIG flats were booked in Loknayakpuram, adding that 13 LIG flats got booked in Siraspur as well.
