Delhi Red Fort Blast: Several shocking factors have been revealed since the Red Fort car blast, in which 13 people lost their lives and left several others injured. The security agencies acted promptly, arresting some key conspirators, some of them are doctors and professors. News agency ANI reported that the security forces from different states have arrested seven people who are allegedly part of a "transnational terror module," while also seizing thousands of kilograms of explosives, detonators, timers and other bomb-making equipment. They were arrested from Haryana's Faridabad, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh.

Dr Umar Mohammad

Dr Umar Mohammad, who was driving the car and exploded in the busy market area near the Red Fort. He was a key member of the module. Umar hurried the plans for the blast after the module was busted in Faridabad and the arrest of his partner, Dr Muzammil Ahmad Ganai. He has close ties with two other doctors, also part of the alleged module. He met two other people while he was living in Al-Falah Medical College, Dr Muzammil and Dr Adeel Rather. Ganai, also known as Musaib, is a resident of Koli in Pulwama, and is a former student of Al Falah hospital. Police said that they found more than 300 kilograms of explosives from Ganai's rented home.

Adeel Rather

Another accused Adeel Rather, who is a graduate of Srinagar's Government Medical College in 2018, was a senior resident of Anantnag's Government Medical College (GMC) from 2022-24. Adeel was arrested after the first arrest in the case. Ganai was one of the first to be arrested out of the 7. His arrest led to the bursting of the network. Rather was arrested soon after.

Dr Shaheen Shahid

Lucknow-based doctor Shaheen Shahid was also arrested in connection. Only woman arrested so far. She is associated with Al-Falah University and was closely linked to Dr Muzammil.

Irfan Ahmad

Irfan Ahmad, a cleric, was the third one who was arrested in the 'Faridabad module', also known as 'white collar module'. He is allegedly an Imam of Jammu and Kashmir's mosque in Shopian. Irfan was responsible for "radicalising" others and help them join them.

Arif Nisar Dar

Arif Nisar Dar, the fourth member, was is a resident of Nowgam, Jammu and Kashmir and is believed to be in contact with the cleric and Ganai. According to the police, at least 3 people are residents of Nowgam, while another is from Ganderbal.

Yasir Ul Ashraf

Yasir Ul Ashraf, another member, and a resident of Nowgam runs a business in the area, managing his uncle's shop.

Zameer Ahmad

The seventh alleged member, Zameer Ahmad Ahanger also is a resident of Ganderbal and locally known as "Mutlasha." According to police, the group of 7 used "encrypted channels for indoctrination, coordination, movement, and logistics."
