CNG Supply Hit In Delhi: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) supply in parts of West Delhi, including areas around Dwarka and Aerocity, will be disrupted from 11 pm on Friday, March 7 until 11 pm on Sunday, March 9. Authorities have stated that a planned 48-hour shutdown has been scheduled for the weekend. During this period, some CNG stations in adjoining areas of northwest and southwest Delhi may also experience low pressure for refuelling.

As per officials, the disruption is due to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) undertaking the relocation of its steel pipeline to facilitate the ongoing construction of the UER-2 Dwarka Expressway by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a TOI report said.

Additionally, the supply to commercial establishments in the affected areas is likely to be impacted, and prior notifications have been issued to them. However, domestic kitchens using Piped Natural Gas (PNG) will remain unaffected by the shutdown.
