Delhi Holiday Nov 25: The government of the national capital, Delhi, has announced a public holiday on Tuesday, November 25, to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur. Commemorative events are being held at the Red Fort to revisit the sacrifices of Guru Teg Bahadur. These events include.
The three-day programme includes a light-and-sound show, a kirtan darbar, and other cultural events, attracting scores of visitors.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is reportedly expected to attend the event on Tuesday, November 25, but his final schedule is yet to be confirmed. Central agencies are working together to ensure the safe conclusion of the three-day event.

Guru Teg Bahadur Martyrdom Holiday November 25: What's Closed In Delhi
-All Delhi government schools will remain closed on Tuesday. On the other hand, the majority of private institutions are also expected to declare a holiday.
-Government offices: According to the Delhi Government notification, all Delhi government departments will stay closed.
-Administrative offices and non-essential public departments will also stay closed.
Delhi Holiday Tuesday: What’s Open
-Private offices have an independent call on holiday as the government has announced a holiday for government offices. However, as of now, the privately-run offices are expected to function normally.
-Public transport: Delhi Metro, DTC and cluster buses, autos, and taxis will run on their regular schedules to support devotees and commuters.
-All emergency and health services will remain fully operational. Public utilities such as water, electricity, sanitation, and emergency helplines will continue to operate uninterrupted.

Delhi CM Attends Inaugural Event
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, joined by cabinet ministers Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Kapil Mishra, along with prominent representatives of various Sikh Gurdwara Committees, graced the opening day of the grand three-day celebrations at the historic Red Fort on Sunday to commemorate the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib.
Holiday In Haryana
The Haryana government has also announced a restricted holiday on November 25 to honour the 350th death anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur.
