In a shocking revelation of an event, man himself reached the police station to confess his crime. The accused husband walked into a police station in Seelampur, Delhi’s Northeast and admitted that he killed his wife. Following his confession of crime, police took him into custody, and a team was immediately dispatched to the crime location. The 24-year-old victim was found dead on the floor. 

"Forensic teams were called in to process the scene. The body was later shifted to GTB Hospital for post-mortem," news agency PTI reported, quoting a police officer. 

The investigation is underway to ascertain the reason behind the killing.

In a separate incident that occurred in Delhi on June 30, the accused kidnapped the boy, sexually assaulted him, stabbed him to death, and dumped his body in the Munak canal. The body was found on July 1, after which the police started the investigation. The deceased and 12 accused were identified in the case.
