Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: Toll collection began on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway from Laban in Bundi district to Gopalpura in Kota, a 104-km-long stretch, from 8 am on Tuesday. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) had completed all the preparations regarding this. It was opened for free to the public for seven days after its inauguration. Project Director Sandeep Agarwal informed that traffic has started from Laban's interchange, Mandawara, Jalimpura, Karadia, Balapura and Gopalpura on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. There is only one interchange in Bundi district at Laban, while there are five interchanges in Kota district at Mandawara, Jalimpura, Karadia, Balapura and Gopalpura. Bikes, three wheelers, tractor-trolleys and overloaded vehicles will not be able to pass on the eight lane of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: 33 Per Cent Discount On Passes
The official informed that a discount of 33 per cent will be given on making a monthly pass on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, whereas a discount of 25 per cent will be given on coming and going within 24 hours.
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: Toll Charge Rates
-Rs 1.82 per km for cars and jeeps
-Rs 2.98 for light commercial vehicles
-Rs 6.20 for trucks and buses
-Rs 6.73 for three axle vehicles
-Rs 9.71 for four to six axle vehicles
-Rs 11.82 per km for vehicles with more than six axles
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: Toll Price
The one-way toll from Laban to Gopalpura will be Rs 190 for cars and four-wheelers
-Rs 310 for light commercial vehicles
-Rs 645 for trucks and buses
-Rs 700 for three-axle vehicles
-Rs 1,010 for four to six axle vehicles
-Rs 1,230 for oversized vehicles
