Delhi Traffic Advisory Nov 21: The Delhi Traffic Police, in the wake of the general meeting at the residence of the Chief Minister of the national Capital, Rekha Gupta, have announced a traffic Advisory, alerting commuters about possible vehicular movement disruptions at 8 Raj Niwas Marg today, November 21.
To manage the potential congestion due to additional vehicular influx and ensure public safety, the Delhi Police has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory. Commuters may face slight to severe traffic jams at 8 Niwas Road in the first half of the day as the meeting is expected to conclude by 12 pm.

The traffic on the route to the Delhi CM's Residence at 8 Raj Niwas Marg will be affected from 8 am to 12 pm due to a general meeting scheduled at Rekha Gupta's residence.

The traffic advisory will remain in effect for 4 hours from 8 am to 12 pm on Friday, November 21. The following are the affected routes-

Rajpur Road
Rajniwas Marg

In view of a General Meeting at CM Residence, 8 Raj Niwas Marg, on 21.11.2025 (Friday), traffic movement is expected to remain slow between 08:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Delhi Traffic Advisory Today: Check Diversion Points
The vehicle may be diverted if a requirement occurs as per the following diversion plan-
-Shamnath Marg Red Light → Towards IP College Red Light
-MCD Chowk → Towards Tis Hazari Courts Complex
-Khoya Mandi U-turn (towards Shah Auditorium) → Towards Outer Ring Road
-Civil Lines Red Light → Towards IP College Red Light
Delhi CM Meeting Traffic News: Parking Arrangements
-No roadside parking on affected stretches.
-Unauthorised vehicles may be towed or prosecuted as per the law.
The Delhi traffic police have requested commuters to avoid affected routes in the advisory period.
Delhi Traffic Advisory For Martyrdom Day Events
Traffic in the national capital will remain affected until November 25, due to commemorative events marking the 350th Martyrdom Day of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib. A major event is scheduled at the Red Fort from November 19 to November 25, with a large attendance expected, including several VVIPs.
