Parts of Delhi may experience severe dust storms accompanied by light drizzles. The maximum temperature is expected to go up to 37 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may fall to 29 degrees Celsius. The national capital is likely to experience light to medium rainfall today. The Indian Meteorological Department forecasts rainfall in some areas of Delhi-NCR between July 13 and 19.
During the last 24 hours, the minimum temperature in the city hovered between 24 and 29 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature remained between 37 and 39 degrees Celsius. The maximum humidity was recorded at 76 percent, and the minimum humidity remained at 45 per cent. Winds will blow at a speed of 12 km/h in the city on Tuesday.
Although the IMD has not yet issued a red or orange weather alert, it has advised caution against thunderstorms and strong winds. Dust storms may disrupt traffic. Therefore, wear light clothing and drink plenty of water. Avoid sun exposure between 12 and 4 pm.
