ECI Election Commission Result 2024: The second and last round of the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly ended on Wednesday, November 20 while voting for the single-phased 288-member assembly concluded in Maharashtra on November 20. Everyone now awaits the results.
This year, the incumbent JMM-led INDIA coalition is hoping to retain power, while the BJP-led NDA is attempting to recapture authority. Exit pollsters—JVC, Matrize, and Peoples Pulse anticipate an edge for the NDA coalition in Jharkhand.
The exit polls predicted fierce competition between the Mahayuti and the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), though most surveys gave the ruling Shiv Sena-BJP-NCP alliance an edge, with the opposition MVA expected to get between 90 and 150 seats.
However, it’s crucial to recall that exit polls are just an indication. As the Election Commission began counting of votes today, at 8 am, one can keep them updated with the live counting results on the official ECI website.

Step 1: Visit the ECI’s official website at https://www.eci.gov.in/ or the results page at https://results.eci.gov.in/ which navigates you to the results page directly.
Step 2: If one clicks on the official homepage, click on the section titled “Election Management,” and click the corresponding link to the Elections Results 2024.
Step 3: One will be directed to a page displaying the results of Maharashtra and Jharkhand election results, in addition to Haryana and Jammu Kashmir.
Step 4: Click on any constituency name to view detailed results, including leading and winning candidates.
Step 5: To check party-wise performance, one can select the “Party-wise Results” option.

One can also use the “State Map” feature to visualise results geographically, or the “All Constituencies at a Glance” option offers a summary of results across all constituencies.
