Greater Noida will be directly connected to the Ganga Expressway, which provides easy access to Prayagraj from Meerut. A 105-metre-wide road will be constructed, starting at Pari Chowk and extending through Greater Noida Phase 2 to the Hapur Bypass. With the construction of this road, residents of Noida and Greater Noida will be able to travel directly to the Ganga Expressway via the Hapur Bypass in 30 to 45 minutes, jagran.com reported.

In the 143rd meeting of the Greater Noida Board, in addition to the 105-metre-wide road, a decision was also made to build a six-lane elevated road parallel to the WDFC (Dedicated Freight Corridor) from the Multi-Modal Logistics Hub.

In 2011-12, the Greater Noida Authority planned to build a 37-kilometre, 105-metre-wide road connecting Greater Noida to Hapur. The authority spent Rs 1,200 crore on land acquisition for this road, but the project stalled due to land disputes.

After the approximately six-kilometre road from Parichowk to Junpat village, the project stalled. The authority is reviving the project. A 105-metre-wide road will be constructed up to the Hapur bypass. At the bypass, this road will merge with NH 9. Simbhaoli is a 15-kilometre journey via NH 9, from where access to the Ganga Expressway is possible.

The construction of the 105-metre-wide road will create a new route to Hapur, providing direct connectivity to Dadri Phase 2, the Greater Noida Railway Terminal, and NH 34. Residents of Noida and Greater Noida will have direct access to the Ganga Expressway. Travellers to Moradabad and Bareilly will also benefit.

A six-lane ROB is being constructed on the Delhi-Howrah railway line at a cost of Rs 194 crore. Connecting this, a 105-metre road will enter Phase 2.

Elevated Road Traffic Towards Airport

A six-lane elevated road will be constructed parallel to the WDFC (Dedicated Freight Corridor) from the Multi-Modal Logistics Hub in Greater Noida. This will provide easy access to the mall and the cargo terminal at Noida Airport. Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar said that the construction of these two routes will greatly facilitate residents and entrepreneurs.

A link expressway is also being constructed to connect the Yamuna Expressway and the Ganga Expressway. The land acquisition process is underway. The construction of this approximately 72-km-long expressway will also provide connectivity to the Ganga Expressway and Noida Airport.
