Gulmarg in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district has turned into a winter wonderland with pearly white snow covering the resort town. The fresh spell of snowfall has attracted tourists who are enjoying the meadows and scenic views.

As per the Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) of Jammu and Kashmir, Gulmarg will record a minimum temperature of -2 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature will stay around 10 degrees Celsius.

As per the weather body, the sky will remain clear in the region on November 6 and 7 with the maximum temperature expected to be 13 degrees Celsius. The minimum is expected to be at 0 degrees Celsius.

Internet Users React To Gulmarg Snowfall

"Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful places in the world," a user wrote on X, expressing joy after the season’s first snowfall.

Another user wrote, "Log ab video me dekhe, Kashmir ko to behtar hoga. (Better to enjoy the snow virtually)" For context, a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam claimed the lives of 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen in April 2025.
