Three bike-borne miscreants opened fire outside a car showroom near Hero Honda Chowk in the Sector 37 Police Station area, Gurugram, late on Saturday evening, triggering panic in the area.

During the firing, a bullet grazed the hand of a man present at the spot, leaving him injured. The victim, identified as Rajpal, a resident of Rajasthan, was rushed to a private hospital where he is reported to be out of danger.

According to reports, the incident occurred around 7 pm when three youths arrived on a motorcycle outside the showroom named Big Boy Tis and suddenly opened fire. One of the bullets grazed Rajpal’s hand during the attack. Bystanders immediately took him to the hospital and alerted the police.gurugram 1

After receiving information, police teams from Sector 37 Police Station, Gurugram, reached the spot and inspected the crime scene. A case has been registered against unidentified miscreants, and an investigation is underway.

Preliminary inquiries have also revealed that the concerned party had received threats from the Bhau gang in October 2024. Police are investigating whether the gang was involved in the firing incident.gurugram 2

According to a police spokesperson, the accused have been identified as Atul, Deepak and Neeraj, residents of Kulasi village in Jhajjar district. Police teams have launched raids to arrest them.
