The Himachal Pradesh Police registered an FIR against Haryana BJP chief Mohanlal Badoli and singer Jai Bhagwan alias Rocky after a woman accused them of gang-raping her in a hotel in Kasauli, police said on Tuesday.

The FIR, filed on December 13, 2024, in Solan’s Kasauli, alleges the accused also filmed the act and threatened to kill the complainant if she disclosed the incident. Attempts to contact Badoli for a response remained unanswered.

According to the complaint, the woman and her boss met Badoli and Rocky at a Kasauli hotel on July 3, 2023. Badoli introduced himself as a political leader, while Rocky claimed to be a singer. The two promised the complainant assistance in securing a government job and featuring in a music video.
