IndiGo 6Eskai Feature:  Booking airline tickets has never been easier! 6Eskai has been introduced by IndiGo, the top carrier in India. Travelers may now easily book airline tickets straight on an instant messaging app thanks to an AI-enabled chatbot on WhatsApp.

The development of the feature was done in collaboration with Google's Riafy technology. It functions as a portable digital travel agency, providing a wide range of services like purchasing flight tickets, assisting with check-ins, answering questions about boarding passes, and responding to sporadic inquiries about travel or flights.

IndiGo 6Eskai And Its Purpose

The airline has said that the purpose of this function is to simplify and ease the process of traveling by air. By giving customers one spot to handle all of their travel or flight-related needs without requiring them to launch any external applications, it hopes to draw in more customers. Interested customers can use the service in Tamil, Hindi, and English, among other languages.

Here's How To Book Tickets Via 6Eskai

- Potential customers may send a "Hey there" WhatsApp message to +91 7065145858.

- The feature will return and introduce itself.

- It will display a variety of options, including booking flight tickets, web check-in, boarding passes, and flight status, among others.

- Reply with the 'Book flight tickets' option.

- The Chatbot will inquire about your origin, destination city, and dates.

- After answering all of the questions, 6Eskai will display flight alternatives.

- Select an appropriate choice and proceed.

- You're done once you complete the online payment.
