Karntaka Weather News: Amid weather conditions rapidly shifting from fall to winter, a few states in India saw the early arrival of winter, with cold waves causing discomfort. A cold wave driven by strong cold winds is expected to hit several northern Karnataka districts, which has led the authorities to warn residents to take precautionary measures.

The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC), issuing a weather alert, has anticipated significantly colder days across the state, particularly in North Interior Karnataka, from November 19 to 21.

Karntaka Weather Alert: Cold Wave Warning In THESE Districts

The monitoring centre has anticipated the possibility of colder winds in the following districts of Karnataka in the coming days-

Bidar

Kalaburagi

Vijayapura

Bagalkote

Belagavi

The monitoring centre has advised the residents in these areas to stay warm and avoid exposure to cold, particularly in the early morning and late at night.

Karnataka Weather Forecast: State Shivers With Cold Amid Temp Dip

-Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur, and Koppal and a major part of the Kalyana Karnataka, are already facing cold with a sharp drop in temperature, with nighttime temperature going as low as 14 degrees Celsius.

-According to the weather data issued by the IMD on Monday, Bidar recorded the lowest temperature of 9.5 degrees Celsius.

-As per the officials from the Bidar Agriculture Science Centre, the temperatures may drop even further up to 10°C in December.

-One or two places in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kodagu, Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Mandya and Ramanagara are likely to see light rain in the coming days. On the other hand, dry conditions are expected across Uttara Kannada and most districts of North Interior Karnataka.

-"Cold wave to severe cold wave conditions are likely over Bidar, Kalaburgi, Vijayapura, Bagalkote and Belagavi districts for the next 2 days," stated Bengaluru meteorological centre in a report. On the other hand, the Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre has anticipated a sharp dip in temperatures in multiple Karnataka districts.

Bengaluru Weather Forecast: Slight Change In Weather With Mist In Morning

Bengaluru is expected to witness a clean sky with mist in the early morning. For the next 48 hours, the maximum and minimum temperature in the city is expected to range between 28-27 degrees Celsius and 17 degrees celsius, respectively.
