Karnataka Weather Update: Cold Conditions Intensify Across State, Check IMD’s Forecast For Bengaluru

Karnataka Weather Forecast: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast mostly dry conditions across Karnataka in the coming days. The state will witness sharp cold conditions during the night and early morning hours. Minimum temperatures across Karnataka are likely to be more or less steady.

As per IMD, Bengaluru will witness foggy and cloudy conditions. The weather department also stated that the capital city is likely to witness light rain at least till December 13. While the maximum temperature is likely to be calculated at 27 degrees Celsius, the minimum temperature is expected to remain around 16 degrees Celsius.

South Karnataka is also likely to experience foggy conditions. Minimum temperatures will dip slightly below the usual levels in Bengaluru, Tumkur, Hassan, Kodagu and Kolar.

North Karnataka districts including Dharwad, Hubli, Gadag, Haveri, Vijayapura, Bagalkot, Belgaum, Kalaburagi, Raichur, Bidar and Koppal will witness morning cold and nighttime fog. Temperatures are expected to range between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius.

Several southern states, including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, are expected to witness light to moderate rainfall for the next few days. The IMD stated that along with the rainfall, these regions are also likely to experience thunderstorms and lightning. It further advised the fishermen to maintain a distance from the water bodies to avoid inconveniences.
