Ketan Agarwal Murder Case: In a fresh development in the Pune businessman Ketan Agarwal murder case, investigators are examining whether Chetan Chaudhary forced Siya to kill her fiance, according to an NDTV report.
As part of the ongoing probe, police are investigating whether Chetan used recordings of their phone conversations and private messages to blackmail Siya, allegedly threatening to expose their relationship to Ketan and his family if she refused to go ahead with the murder plot.
Investigators are also analysing digital evidence to determine whether Chetan kept Siya involved in the murder conspiracy by threatening to expose her alleged role in an earlier failed attempt to kill Ketan in May, the report said.
Police are further probing whether Chetan's alleged plan to elope with Siya eventually turned into a murder conspiracy because of the wealth and social status associated with the Ketan Agarwal family, which investigators suspect he intended to benefit from through Siya Goyal.

Moreover, the financial angle is also under scrutiny. Investigators are examining Siya's bank accounts to find whether any money was transferred to Chetan to finance multiple attempts to kill Ketan.
Police officials are also looking into whether Chetan demanded any amount of money from Siya by allegedly using his knowledge of the three failed murder attempts. Moreover, investigators are also examining whether Siya promised Chetan a fixed monthly allowance or a lump-sum payment once Chetan was killed.

Meanwhile, forensic teams are tracing Siya's financial transactions, including any cash withdrawals made in the days leading up to the June 18 murder.
The investigation has also revealed that Chetan Chaudhary allegedly pushed Ketan off Lohagad Fort after Siya Goyal noded.
Police have also obtained CCTV footage from a cafe in Pune that allegedly shows Siya and Chetan meeting on June 17, a day before Ketan's murder.
