A doctor in Madhya Pradesh has found herself in hot water after her social media post related to the Ketan Agarwal murder case led to her suspension and cancellation of her membership from the All India Dental Students and Surgeons Association (AIDSA).
The woman identified as Dr Muskan Soni is currently posted in MP's Satna district. She lost her membership in the association for five years and has been removed from the post of Treasurer of AIDSA Madhya Pradesh. Dr Soni had put up an objectionable post regarding the Ketan Agarwal case.
In her social media post, Dr Soni justified the murder of the Pune-based realtor. Reportedly, she shared an Instagram story using the hashtag "I Hate Man." Her story appeared to suggest that she was defending Siya Goyal, Ketan's fiancée and the accused in the high-profile murder case.
Dr Soni apologises for the post
Dr Soni's post drew widespread criticism on social media, prompted by which, she issued an apology. Despite it, the association took action against her, stating that the apology was insufficient given the seriousness of the matter.

Issuing the suspension order on Tuesday, AIDSA National Working President Dr Diwakar Moodautia accused Dr Soni of "indiscipline.
He said, "She has made extremely inappropriate, derogatory, and disrespectful remarks about the deceased, which violates the association's constitution, code of conduct, and ethical values. Such behaviour is absolutely intolerable."
"The association cannot allow any office bearer or member to make statements that justify or glorify violence, or show disrespect to the deceased," Moodautia added.
"The association has a zero-tolerance policy toward such behaviour. Every member is expected to maintain responsible behaviour both professionally and on social media," Moodautia further said.
