Ahmedabad-Mumbai Bullet Train: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inspected the under-construction bullet train station in Surat, Gujarat, and took stock of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor (MAHSR), India’s first bullet train project.
He arrived at Surat airport in the morning and headed straight to the Antroli site. There, PM Modi spoke with engineers and officials, reviewed construction progress, and checked key milestones for the high-speed network.
Later today, the Prime Minister will travel to Dediapada in Narmada district to mark the birth anniversary of tribal leader Birsa Munda. He will address a public rally and launch projects worth over Rs 9,700 crore, including roads, hospitals, and tribal welfare schemes.

Before addressing the public, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will offer prayers at the Pandori Mata Temple, the clan deity of the local tribal community, in Devmogra village, Sagbara taluka, about 23 km from Dediapada.
