Noida Airport Plots: If you are dreaming of building a home near Noida Airport in Jewar, you are close to a golden opportunity. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to launch two residential plot schemes simultaneously during Navratri. The scheme will include plots for the general public and workers.

Location And Size OF Plots

This scheme will be located in Sector 5A, offering plots ranging from 40 square metre to 300 square metre. These will include 40 square metre plots for economically weaker sections (laborers), and larger plots ranging from 162 square metre to 300 square meters for the general public.

The number of plots has not yet been finalised, but the board has already approved 4,000 plots. The application date and prices for the scheme are expected to be announced soon.

What's Special About Scheme This Time?

A major change has been made in the Yamuna Authority's new scheme. This year's YEIDA scheme is particularly unique because applicants who have already been allotted a residential plot under Noida, Greater Noida, or any previous YEIDA scheme will not be eligible to apply for this new scheme, so that first-time applicants can have a fair chance.

In this regard, YEIDA CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh said that the scheme will be finalised and registered on RERA soon and it is likely to be launched during Navratri.
