Puja Special Train: In a bid to manage the increased passenger traffic during Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja, the Indian Railways has announced to run Puja special trains to ease the load on the regular train services. As a part of the initiative, the South Eastern Central will operate two pairs of special trains: Train Nos. 08639/08640 Ranchi-Ara-Ranchi Puja Special and Train Nos 08183/08184 Tatanagar-Buxar-Tatanagar Special.

The Ranchi-Ara Special Train will run from September 28 to November 2, and the Tatanagar-Buxar Special Train from October 17 to 31, aiming to reduce crowding on the regular services during the festive season, Jagran.com reported.

Ranchi-Ara-Ranchi Puja Special Train: Check Timetable, Route, Other Details

- Train Number 08639 Ranchi-Ara Special Train will operate for six trips between September 28 and November 2.

- The train will depart from Ranchi every Sunday at 8:45 PM and arrive in Ara at 9:15 AM the next day via Bokaro at 12:05 AM, Gomoh at 1:13 AM, Gaya Jn at 3:50 AM, Sasaram at 5:35 AM, Vikramganj at 6:48 AM, and Piro at 7:15 AM.

- Train Number 08640 Ara-Ranchi Special Train will depart from Ara every Monday at 10:00 AM.

- In its return journey, the train will arrive in Ranchi at 8:45 PM, stopping at Piro at 10:23 AM, Vikramganj at 10:33 AM, Sasaram at 11:20 AM, Gaya Junction at 1:50 PM, Gomoh at 4:17 PM, and Bokaro at 5:40 PM.

Tatanagar-Buxar-Tatanagar Special Train: Check Timetable, Route, Other Details

- Train Number 08183 Tatanagar- Buxar Special will operate for three trips between October 17 and 31.

- The train will depart from Tatanagar every Friday at 10:40 PM and will reach Buxar at 3:00 PM the next day. In its journey, it will stop at Asansol at 3:00 AM, Patna at 10:45 AM, and Ara at 11:50 AM.

- Train Number 08184 Buxar-Tatanagar Special Train will run from Buxar every Saturday.

- In its return journey, the train will depart from Buxar at 5:15 PM and arrive in Tatanagar at 10:15 AM the next day. En route, it will stop at Ara Junction at 6:15 PM, Patna at 7:25 PM and other stations.
