  1. Seven Delhi railway stations transforming into multi-modal transit hubs.
  2. Connecting trains, metro, Namo Bharat, and bus services.
  3. PMO monitoring project; Northern Railway is nodal agency.

Santosh Kumar Singh, New Delhi: To help passengers easily reach metro stations and buses across the Delhi-NCR region after leaving railway terminals, plans are underway to transform Anand Vihar Terminal, Hazrat Nizamuddin, and several other key stations into integrated multi-modal transit hubs.

Under the project, train terminals will link directly to nearby metro stations, Namo Bharat train networks, and bus stands through skywalks, foot overbridges (FOBs), and underground subways. Additionally, these hubs will feature dedicated parking, EV charging, and last-mile connectivity to enhance passenger convenience and reduce traffic congestion.
