Rajasthan Weather Update: Heavy Rain Alert In Jaipur, Bharatpur, Kota Today; Downpour To Continue Till July 30 | Forecast

Rajasthan Weather Update: The IMD has forecast moderate to heavy rain with thunderstorms in some parts of Jaipur, Bharatpur and Kota division on Thursday. As per the weather body, there is a possibility of heavy rains in the state from July 25 to 30. IMD has also issued a yellow alert for multiple districts. Light to moderate rain, thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds are likely at some places in Jaipur, Alwar, Sawai Madhopur, Dausa, Tonk, Bhilwara, Karauli, Chittorgarh and adjoining areas.

Rajasthan Weather Forecast

Weather fluctuations are expected in Kota, Jhalawar, Bharatpur and Bhilwara districts. Apart from this, light to moderate showers are likely in some areas of Ajmer, Udaipur and Bikaner. Light to moderate rain is expected to continue in some parts of the state on July 24 and 25.

Rain Activity In Rajasthan In Last 24 Hours

As per IMD, during the last 24 hours, 25 mm of rain was recorded in Karauli, 35 mm in Udaipur, 70 mm in Bahadurgarh of Alwar, 63 mm in Khairthal and 64.2 mm in Alwar city. Meanwhile, 25 mm rain was recorded in Bhadra of Hanumangarh, 22 mm in Roopwas, 60 mm in Deeg of Bharatpur, 64 mm in Khandar of Sawai Madhopur and 14 mm in Sadulshahar of Churu.
