The passenger, rushing to catch his train, was stopped by a vendor named Sandeep Gupta who insisted on payment. When the passenger’s UPI attempt failed and he had no cash, he handed over his wristwatch to settle the bill.

The video shows the vendor seizing the passenger by the collar, accusing him of “wasting time and making excuses,” and refusing to let him board without payment. In a bid to not miss his train, the passenger handed over his wristwatch to the vendor.

The video gained widespread attention after being shared on X, labeled a “Shameful incident at Jabalpur Railway Station.” The episode, which occurred on October 17, prompted immediate action.
