Tamil Nadu Weather: According to IMD, Chennai will witness partly cloudy sky with possibility of moderate rain or thunderstorm on Monday, July 21. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the city will see a generally cloudy sky with light rain. Meanwhile, moderate rain will also lash Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Tenkasi districts of Tamil Nadu on Monday.

July 21: Moderate rain is likely at one or two places over Nilgiris, Kanyakumari, Thenkasi, Theni, Ghat areas Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar and Coimbatore districts of Tamil Nadu. Light rain is expected at one or two places over Tirupattur Vellore, Ranipet, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Chengalpattu and Viluppuram districts.

July 22: Heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana. Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Nilgiris district and Ghat areas of Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka and Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

July 23: Heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Kerala, North Interior Karnataka, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

July 24: Heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over North Interior Karnataka, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

July 25 And July 26: Heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places over North Interior Karnataka and Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
