In a significant development in the Twisha Sharma death case, new CCTV footage showing the victim having a multi-hour appointment at a beauty salon on the day she died has surfaced online.

The footage in question apparently shows Sharma inside a beauty parlour for over three hours, having treatment including a head massage, and appearing in a normal state before departing for home. The visual evidence is currently being reviewed as part of the continuing investigation.

In a dramatic turn, Sharma's husband, Samarth Singh, was arrested by the Jabalpur police after he surrendered at the district court there in Madhya Pradesh. Samarth Singh, who was absconding since May 12, withdrew his pre-arrest bail application on Friday.  

The footage is being investigated by officials alongside Singh's subsequent surrender, as the case continues to be marred by inconsistencies from each side of the family.

Surveillance imagery and digital evidence are being assessed to create a definite timeline of events before Sharma's passing, while the new visual evidence from the salon is considered secondary.

Sharma's body was found under suspicious circumstances in her home, and this subsequently initiated a probe into the events preceding her death. The incident has since been the focus of legal action and forensic scrutiny.

With Sharma's husband having been apprehended, and new CCTV showing further movement from the victim in the days leading up to her passing, the investigation is now being considered by officials.
