Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat: In a bid to strengthen regional connectivity, Indian Railways has announced to run a new Vande Bharat train connecting Sabarmati and Gurgaon. The Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat Special train is scheduled to commence its operations on Sunday, October 5.

The train will be operated and maintained by the Western Railway (WR) zone, and is initially slated to run as a one-way service. “For the convenience of passengers and to meet the travel demand, WR will run a way Vande Bharat Superfast Special Train between Sabarmati and Gurgaon,” The Indian Express quoted Western Railway zone as saying.

Details Of Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat

- Train Number 09401, Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat train, will officially commence its operations on October 5.

- The Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat will run as a one-way service between the two cities for two days, October 5 and 6.

- The Express train service will cover a distance of 897 km in approximately 15 hours.

Route And Stoppages Of Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat

- The Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat train service will connect Sabarmati and Gurgaon via Jaipur.

- In its journey, the train will stop at eight stations, including Mahesana Junction, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar Junction, Ajmer, Jaipur, Alwar and Rewari.

Timings Of Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat

- The train will be rolled out on the Sabarmati-Gurgaon route for two days, October 5 and 6.

- The Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat train service will depart from Sabarmati at 5:30 PM on October 5 and reach Gurgaon at 8:25 AM the following day.

Ticket Prices And Coach Composition Of Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat

- The Sabarmati-Gurgaon Vande Bharat train will comprise AC Chair Car and Executive Chair Car coaches.

- Passengers travelling in AC Chair Car will have to pay Rs 2,250, while passengers travelling in Executive Chair Car will pay Rs 4,145 for the journey between Sabarmati and Gurgaon.
