Triphala
The antioxidants present in Triphala, according to WebMD, can lower inflammation and your chance of developing chronic illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, and other conditions by assisting the body in fighting free radicals. Triphala is known to improve the frequency, yield, and consistency of stool while lowering constipation, mucus, stomach pain, hyperacidity, and flatulence.

Flea Seeds (Isabgol)
Flea or isabgol seeds are well-known for helping people lose weight. This herbal remedy encourages feelings of fullness and helps stop overeating. Numerous research studies have shown that isabgol relieves constipation, aids with indigestion, and cleans the colon.

Amla
Antioxidants found in amla include vitamin C, which has been shown to lessen gastric acidity. Moreover, it has a lot of fibre and tannic acid, both of which help relieve constipation and minimise bloating. On an empty stomach, take one teaspoon of amla powder, mix it with some warm water, and drink it every morning.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera juice that has been decolourised and filtered could be a secure and useful remedy for lessening reflux symptoms. Aloe vera can help reduce constipation, but only when taken cautiously, according to the Mayo Clinic. It is recommended that 0.04 to 0.17 grams of dried juice be taken as a single dose to get relief from indigestion.
