Bodyweight Exercises For Belly Fat Loss: With the hectic schedules and hustle-bustle of daily life, most of us often struggle to find sufficient time for practising exercises. While some of us spend most of our earnings in expensive gym memberships, some of us make schedules for an exercise routine, but get no desired results. All we want is simple and quick-to-perform exercises that take less time and lead to quick belly fat reduction. Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks are an efficient total body workout that can be done almost anywhere. It is a part of plyometrics or jump training, which is a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance work. Jumping jacks work efficiently for your glutes, quadriceps and hip flexors and are a great alternative to treadmills.

High Knees
High knees is an effective weight-bearing exercise that encourages full body movement increases your heart rate and prepares the body for complex exercises and activities. It activates your quadriceps, calves, glutes and hamstrings.

Wall sits are an effective quick exercise that develops strength and stability. It builds isometric strength and endurance in glutes, core, calves and quadriceps. Wall sits help in losing those extra kilos by keeping the muscles contracted for a long time and enhancing the cardiovascular system.
