Ways To Fix Health Issues In Women: Women's lives are influenced by various factors that contribute to their health challenges. Hormonal fluctuations, dietary habits and lifestyle choices play a significant role in shaping their well-being. Nutrient deficiencies and unhealthy eating patterns, weight gain are a few concerns. Furthermore, stress, lack of sleep and sedentary lifestyles often exacerbate the health challenges of women.

As a result, women may struggle to maintain their physical and mental health, leading to difficulties in performing daily tasks and achieving their goals. Nutritionist Sakshi Lalwani addressed some of the common health issues that women face and also recommended some dietary shifts to fix them.

Common Health Issues In Women

PCOS Or Hormonal Weight Gain- Kickstart your day with a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary treats and refined carbs to regulate insulin levels.

Anaemia- Boost iron levels with halim seeds and spinach, rich in iron. Pair with vitamin C-rich foods to enhance absorption.

PMS And Painful Periods- Soothe PMS symptoms and ease painful periods with magnesium-rich foods. Stay hydrated to relax muscles and ease cramps.

Bloating- Opt for steamed or cooked veggies to ease digestive discomfort. Avoid raw or high-sodium foods that can exacerbate bloating.

Hormonal Acne Or Facial Hair- Focus on low-glycemic foods and sip on soothing spearmint tea to reduce androgen hormones. Avoid dairy and processed foods that can trigger hormonal acne and facial hair.

In her Instagram Post, she wrote. "I've seen firsthand how PCOS, anaemia, and bloating affect daily life, but the right foods can truly make a difference. Here are the shifts I recommend as a nutritionist!"
