Vegan Crepes

Vegan crepes are quite simple to prepare. In a bowl, combine soy milk, flour, sugar, salt, vegan butter, and maple syrup. Refrigerate the mixture for approximately an hour. Now heat a pan and add some butter. Add 2-3 spoons of the mixture to the pan, stir it, and immediately cover the pan's lid. Once it has turned golden brown, flip it to the other side. Cook both sides, remove from the fire, and serve with honey and fruits.

Poha

Take a pan and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and curry leaves and cook them. Now, add the chopped onions and sauté until they are transparent. Next, add some green chillies and tomato to the pan and stir to cook. Cook for approximately 20 seconds, then add the poha, nuts, salt, and other spices and stir thoroughly. Allow it to cook for approximately a minute before turning off the burner. Add the lemon juice, chaat masala, and coriander leaves to the poha and serve hot.

Banana Peanut Butter Tortilla

To make a banana peanut butter tortilla, heat a skillet and cook it on both sides. Once roasted, remove from the flame and place on a platter. Spread peanut butter evenly, then top with banana slices, honey, and nutmeg powder. Fold the taco, and your nutritious breakfast is complete!

Tofu Sandwich

To prepare a grilled tofu sandwich, heat some oil in a skillet and cook the tofu for approximately a minute. Spread lettuce, Chinese cabbage, tomato, onions, and salt on 2-4 pieces of bread. Once the tofu has become brown, add the cucumber slices, spicy sauce, and tofu to the toast. Grill the sandwich, and it's ready to serve!

Quinoa

Heat a pan, add some rice bran oil, and cook on medium heat. Add some onions and garlic to the pan and roast until they turn brown. Now, add the quinoa, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, and vegetable broth to the pan and combine thoroughly. Now cover the pan and bring it to a boil. Now add the black beans, salt, pepper and corn kernels, and boil until the liquid is completely absorbed. Remove the cover, transfer the quinoa black beans to a serving platter, and top with cilantro.
