Standing Forward Bend Pose

The standing forward bends pose, also called Uttanasana, is a forward-bending pose used as a workout in contemporary yoga. It helps to stretch the muscles in the back and legs and lengthens the spinal column. It works by massaging the abdominal muscles and decompressing the spinal vertebrae, which may help relieve shoulder stiffness and neck discomfort.

Warrior II Pose

This posture is also referred to as Virabhadrasana II in Sanskrit. Standing in this yoga pose strengthens the legs, torso, and spine while also stretching the shoulder, chest, and groin. It helps in creating fixation, equilibrium and groundedness.

Cat-Cow Pose

The cat-cow pose or Chakravakasana includes moving the spine from an adjusted position. This yoga asana not only expands the adaptability of the neck and shoulder but on the other hand, is perfect in giving alleviation spinal solidness.

Extended Triangle Pose

Also known as Utthita Trikonasana, this is a quintessential standing yoga pose that stretches and fortifies the muscles of the body. It helps in adjusting the root chakra, heart chakra and sacral chakra.

Sphinx Pose

It is known as one of the gentlest of the backbends. The sphinx yoga pose is a back-twisting fledgling's posture where the body looks like a fanciful sphinx. It is one of the best postures for relieving neck and back pain.
