Citric acid is abundant in citrus fruits, including lemons, limes, oranges, and other varieties. However, this citric acid might increase the stomach's production of acid when it is ingested empty-handed. This overproduction of acid can result in digestive issues including bloating, constipation, and acid burn, which can cause excruciating agony all day long.

Sugary Coffee Drinks
Drinks that are high in sugar or caffeine should not be consumed in the early hours of the day. These beverages have high quantities of caffeine and alcohol, which can raise blood sugar levels.
