How To Make Delicious Poha

People really enjoy making poha, so let's get started. Rinse 1 cup of poha in cold water and set it aside. Now heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds. For a fantastic flavour you can add some curry leaves. then add the chopped green chilies and cumin seeds once they begin to spatter. Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn a golden brown colour. Add salt to taste and a pinch of turmeric powder. Stir in the rinsed poha now.

Now, for a tangy touch, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the poha and sprinkle with a little sugar for sweetness. Add some grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves as garnish.
