Ingredients
- Washed and dried peanut shells
- Honey
- Coconut oil
- Raw milk

Method
Step 1: Grind the washed and dried peanut shells in a mixer grinder to form a powder.
Step 2: Take 2 teaspoons of peanut shell powder in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Add raw milk as needed to form a smooth paste. The foot mask is ready.

First, soak the feet in lukewarm water for 5 to 7 minutes. Then, apply the prepared foot mask to your heels and massage gently. Leave this paste on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing it off with water. Apply moisturiser or Vaseline to your heels and wear socks.
