It has been a month since he became chief minister, the first CM from his party. Here Is Top Highlights Of His One Month Work:
1. Satellite Township
The outline of 11 satellite townships has been drawn up in 10 districts of Bihar. These townships will develop colonies in a planned way. Markets and residential areas will be designated, with wide roads. Trees will be planted along roadsides and in parks for greenery.
This is one of the chief minister's dream projects. A proposal has also been made to connect Sasaram to this project. This will reduce urban pressure and provide people with the benefits of a comfortable life.
2. Focus On Women's Safety With The 'Police Didi Scheme'
The Samrat government's 'Police Didi Scheme' is a significant initiative of the Bihar government, aimed at enhancing the safety of women and students and strengthening trust between the police and society. The government decided to purchase 1,500 scooters for women police. Police Didis will be deployed in front of colleges and schools to curb roadside Romeo and crimes against women.
3. Complaint Resolution From The Sahayog Helpline To The Panchayats
The Samrat government has decided to launch a confluence of cooperation to strengthen good governance and the government's responsibility to serve the public. The government started the Sahayog Helpline: 1100, the Sahayog Portal: sahyog.bihar.gov.in, and the Sahayog Camps at the Panchayat level.

These camps will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. All complaints related to the block, police station, and region will be heard in this camp.
A target of 30 days has been set for resolving complaints related to government schemes on the Sahayog portal. If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, the concerned officer or employee may be suspended.
4. A Model School In Every Block
The Samrat government has taken a significant decision in the field of education in its second cabinet. It has approved Rs 800 crore to develop all district schools and one selected higher secondary school in each block as 'model schools'.
In addition, Rs 104 crore (Rs 50 lakh per college) has been approved for the establishment of new degree colleges in 208 blocks without degree colleges, which will create a total of 9,152 posts.
5. Curbing The Arbitrariness Of Private Schools
The Samrat government has also taken a noble initiative to ensure transparency and accountability in private schools. Private schools will be required to publicly disclose complete fee information. Arbitrary fee hikes and unnecessary charges will be prohibited.
Parents of students will have the freedom to purchase books and uniforms from anywhere. Students will not be denied exams/results even if fees are outstanding. Strict action is warranted for violations of this order.
6. Priority For Bihari Contractors
The Bihar Public Works Code has been amended to give priority to state-level contractors, i.e., contractors, for civil works under the state up to Rs 50 crore. From now on, contracts for works up to Rs 50 crore will be awarded to people from Bihar. This will provide more employment opportunities to the people of the state.
7. E-Registration System Implemented
The e-Registration system has been implemented to make the land and property registration process completely paperless. This seeks to reduce corruption, save time, and increase transparency. Additionally, a decision has been taken to provide home registration facilities to senior citizens over 80 years of age. This will stop the elderly from having to visit government offices.
In addition to taking dozens of important decisions, Samrat has directed the police to maintain zero tolerance for heinous crimes. Recently, we saw a rise in encounters to curb heinous crimes.
