Mumbai Metro Line 3 also known as the Aqua Line is now on the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) platform. With this, passengers can book rides on EaseMyTrip, RedBus, OneTicket, Tummoc, Yatri – City Travel Guide, Highway Delite, and Miles & Kilometres (through Telegram). The announcement was made by the official Mumbai Metro Line 3 account on X. The ONDC integration will streamline and standardise metro transit along the important city routes.

What Is Mumbai Metro-3

Mumbai Metro-3 is a vital underground metro project designed to enhance connectivity across the city. It is being developed in three phases:

- Phase 1: Aarey Colony to Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC)

Launched in October 2024, this 12.7 km stretch serves key locations including Andheri, SEEPZ, and the Mumbai Airport terminals.

- Phase 2: BKC to Worli

The newly opened 9.77 km segment runs underground through Dharavi, Dadar, and Siddhivinayak Temple before reaching Worli.

- Phase 3: Worli to Cuffe Parade

This upcoming phase will connect the metro all the way to Cuffe Parade via important hubs like Mumbai Central, Churchgate, and CSMT.
