MHADA Lottery 2025: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will be conducting a lottery for almost 5,000 homes across Mumbai and suburbs between September and October which is the Diwali period. The move aims to solve the housing crisis and allow residents to purchase affordable flats. MHADA homes are available at significantly lower rates as compared to the market. The announcement was made by MHADA Vice Chairman Sanjeev Jaiswal during an event held at the MHADA headquarters in Bandra on Mona, as per a Lokmat report. During the event, Sanjeev Jaiswal talked about various redevelopment projects being undertaken by MHADA across Mumbai and its suburbs.

-Registration Starts On September 15.
-Lottery Draw Date December 13.
-Online Payment Deadline: November 17.
-NEFT Or RTGS Payment Deadline: November 17.
-Draft Application List Publication: December 4.
-Final Application List Publication: December 11.
-Registration Last Date: November 15.
-Refund Process Start Date: December 20.
Mumbai MHADA Lottery 2025: Registration Process
-You need to first visit the official website at lottery.mhada.gov.in.
-The next step involves creating an account and then signing up using your mobile number and email ID.
-You are then required to give necessary details which include income group and reservation category.
-Upload the relevant documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, and income proof.

-Make the payment for application fee online via NEFT, RTGS, debit card, or credit card.
