Mumbai Viral News: In a dramatic incident at a residential society in Mumbai, police successfully rescued a suspect from a precarious situation after he attempted to jump from the 10th floor while fleeing arrest. The individual was wanted in a drugs case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

According to a News 18 report, officers from Hyderabad arrived at the Kashimira Police Station in Mira-Bhayandar to apprehend the accused on Sunday morning. In an effort to escape, he climbed out onto the balcony but became stuck, hanging from the railing. A video of the tense moment quickly circulated on social media.

As the suspect dangled precariously, police and fire brigade personnel worked quickly to calm him and formulate a rescue plan. They set up a safety net below and broke through the door to reach him. After convincing him to cooperate, they were able to bring him back to safety.

Following the successful rescue, the suspect was handed over to the Hyderabad Police.
