Mumbai Water Cut: Advice For Residents
Residents in the affected areas are encouraged to store enough water and use it wisely throughout the 18-hour cut. Once the maintenance is completed, the BMC recommends filtering and boiling water for drinking and cooking for the next four to five days to ensure safety, as the water quality may be temporarily compromised. Normal water supply is expected to resume after the maintenance work is finished.
