Mumbai Water Cut: Water supply in Mumbai's K East and K West divisions will face disruptions on September 2, 2024, due to maintenance work on the 900 mm diameter Agam Channel at the Veravali Reservoir II in the K East Division. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) scheduled this work to replace two 900mm diameter butterfly valves, which is essential for the smooth functioning of the city's water supply system.
The disruption will occur between 1 am and 1 pm, affecting various areas within these divisions. The water supply will be entirely shut off in some regions, while others will experience low pressure during specific time slots.
