Mumbai Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that Mumbai is set to witness a week of stable and dry weather, bringing relief to residents with clear skies, warm afternoons, and mild nights. The seven-day weather forecast shows no rainfall or weather warnings, suggesting uninterrupted conditions for commuting, outdoor activities, and general travel.

According to the IMD's Santacruz observatory, Mumbai experienced warm conditions on Sunday, registering a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is currently 0.8 degrees Celsius above normal, while the minimum temperature is 1.5 degrees Celsius above normal.
The daytime temperatures are expected to stay between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius, while the nighttime temperatures will significantly drop to 16-19 degrees Celsius towards the weekend. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast dry conditions across the city, with daytime humidity levels recorded close to zero. No rainfall was reported in the past 24 hours.

Mumbai Weather: No Warnings Issued; Cooler Nights Ahead
The weather department has issued a forecast signalling largely stable weather conditions, with no weather warnings in place, suggesting minimal disruption for Mumbai residents. The week will see a gradual transition from partly cloudy and hazy skies early in the week to fully clear skies later.
This shift is expected to contribute to cooler nighttime temperatures, particularly from Thursday, December 11.
