Pune News: A 20-year-old engineering student jumped from the 15th floor of a building in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. The victim, identified as Sathi Reddy, was in her third year at a prominent college in the area.

As the inquiry progressed, it became apparent that Sathi's death was a suicide linked to alleged harassment by a classmate, Pranav Rajendra Dongre. Reports indicate that the two had recently entered a romantic relationship, during which Pranav reportedly subjected Sathi to both physical and emotional abuse.

Before her tragic decision, Sathi sent a message to a friend, sharing her mobile phone password and the contact details of acquaintances in her building. When her friend alerted Sathi’s family, they accessed her phone and discovered three voice recordings addressed to Pranav. In these recordings, Sathi expressed her despair, stating that she felt compelled to end her life due to the ongoing harassment.
