The Brahma Muhurat begins at 04:40 AM and ends at 05:29 AM on 10th October 2025. Therefore, the Karwa Chauth Sargi Time 2025 is from 4:40 AM to 6:00 AM, respectively.

Following a cleansing bath, women start Karwa Chauth by receiving Sargi from their mothers-in-law. If the mother-in-law does not live close by, the Sargi can be sent to her or the elder sister-in-law may give it, keeping the custom going. Sharing Sargi with friends and family is seen as a lucky charm, spreading good wishes. It is also considered lucky to eat Sargi with other women who are fasting.
