Shardiya Navratri 2025 Day 3: Puja Vidhi
To worship Chandraghanta Mata, begin your day by rising early, taking a refreshing bath, and dressing in clean clothes. Prepare a graceful altar for the Goddess on the first day of Navratri, marking the start of the nine-day celebration.
Commence the rituals by lighting a ghee lamp and incense stick to create a serene atmosphere. Offer her vibrant flowers such as marigolds and sunflowers, along with kumkum, sindoor, sweets, milk, and seasonal fruits. Milk products are especially dear to her.
Read sacred texts like the Durga Saptashati Path or Chalisa, and chant Chandraghanta Mata’s mantra to seek her divine grace. Perform Aarti, accompanied by devotional songs sung or played with heartfelt devotion. Conclude the worship by offering Bhog Prasad.
